Each shift has its grace minutes: arriving after them is late. You can close check-in some minutes after the shift starts: after that the person can’t check in and is absent at once. An owner or admin can open check-in again for one person, choosing whether it counts on time or late; they then check in on their own phone. Forgotten check-outs are closed automatically and flagged.

- Close check-in after the shift starts: off = check-in stays open until the shift ends.
- Automatic check-out: how long after the shift ends.
- Allow check-in on days off: off = no Check in button on a day off or a holiday.
- Open check-in for someone: Today › Absent › the person › Open check-in.
