Students check in on their own phone with their fingerprint, at the room — GPS is always checked (a QR or Wi-Fi never replaces it). With “Fingerprint + QR” they also scan the QR you show in class. Check-in opens a few minutes before the class, counts as late after the minutes you set, and closes at the end. The register shows who is in, late, excused or absent; you can mark anyone or “Mark all present”.

- Fingerprint + QR (you show the QR) or Fingerprint only (must be at the room).
- GPS, or GPS and Wi-Fi.
- Unclear check-ins wait for me (off by default): check-ins with a doubt — rough location, no room set, time not trusted, weaker unlock, no selfie — don’t count until you accept them in the register.
For students
- Home shows today’s classes. When it says Check-in open, tap Check in, scan the QR if asked, and confirm with your fingerprint.
For lecturers
- Open the class from Home or the course: the register. Tap a student to mark them; waiting check-ins show “Waiting for you” — tap to accept or reject.
