While online, the phone receives a check-in permission valid for a set number of hours. Offline, check-ins are made with it, shown as “Pending sync” and sent automatically later. DutyMark keeps its own trusted time on the phone, so changing the phone’s clock doesn’t change the check-in time. Very long offline periods are flagged.

- Set how many hours a phone may check in offline after it was last online.

“You are offline and this phone has no valid check-in permission”
Connect to the internet once; then you can check in offline for the next hours your organization allows.
